Satisfaction Guaranteed Return Policy
At Olson Rug & Flooring, no purchase is complete unless you are 100% satisfied,
you have our word on that! If, for any reason, you are not 100% satisfied with
your purchase, you can return it for a full refund within 14 days from the time
you receive the rug. You just pay the shipping costs to return it. Personalized and custom-made items are, regrettably, nonreturnable unless there is damage or a defect, in which case we will happily provide a replacement of the item. We recommend that packages be sent back to us with
UPS or FedEx Ground or any carrier that can track and insure its packages.
All you have to do to return items:
- Call or email us for your return authorization code (RA#)
- Pack your rug securely in the original wrapping - we can not accept rugs that have been damaged or soiled.
- Call or email us with the tracking number so we can track the package for you.
- You are responsible for the return shipping costs.
